Refund Policy

1. Subscription Cancellation

You can cancel your Nourish & Notes subscription at any time through your account dashboard or by contacting us at [email protected]. Cancellation takes effect immediately, and no further charges will be applied.

2. Refund Eligibility

Refunds are available under the following circumstances:

First Month (14-Day Money-Back Guarantee)

If you are not satisfied with your subscription within 14 days of your first purchase, you are eligible for a full refund of your first month's subscription fee. This applies to all subscription tiers.

Duplicate Charges

If you are charged twice for the same subscription period due to a system error, we will refund the duplicate charge.

Service Failure

If we fail to deliver your letter or service for an entire subscription period due to our error, you are eligible for a refund of that month's subscription fee.

Unauthorized Charges

If you believe you were charged without authorization, please contact us immediately with details of the transaction.

3. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds are not available in the following cases:

  • Cancellation after the 14-day money-back guarantee period (you can cancel to stop future charges)
  • Refund requests submitted more than 30 days after the charge date
  • Returned or undelivered letters due to incorrect address information provided by the subscriber
  • Partial month refunds (subscriptions are billed monthly)
  • Refunds for personal preference or change of mind after the 14-day period

4. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please contact us at [email protected] with:

  • Your account email address
  • The date of the charge
  • The reason for the refund request
  • Any supporting documentation (screenshots, transaction IDs, etc.)

We will review your request and respond within 5-7 business days.

5. Refund Processing

Once a refund is approved, it will be processed back to your original payment method. Refunds typically appear within 5-10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.

6. Chargeback & Dispute Resolution

If you dispute a charge with your bank or payment provider (chargeback), we will work with you to resolve the issue. Filing a chargeback may result in account suspension. We recommend contacting us directly before initiating a chargeback.

7. Cancellation vs. Refund

Cancellation: You can cancel your subscription at any time to stop future charges. Your access continues until the end of your current billing period.

Refund: A refund reverses a charge you have already paid. Refunds are subject to the eligibility criteria outlined in this policy.

8. Changes to This Policy

We reserve the right to modify this Refund Policy at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting. Your continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
