By accessing and using Nourish & Notes (the "Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.
Subscription Tiers: Nourish & Notes offers three subscription options:
Monthly Cutoff: Subscriptions must be active by the 20th of each month to receive that month's edition. Signups after the 20th will receive the following month's edition.
Billing: Your subscription will automatically renew each month on the same date you subscribed. You will be charged the subscription price on each renewal date.
Address Requirements: For physical letter tiers (Founding Letter and The Letter), a valid postal address is required. You must verify your address before the 20th of each month to receive your letter.
Payments are processed securely through Stripe. By providing payment information, you authorize Nourish & Notes to charge your account for the subscription price.

When you create an account, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password and for restricting access to your account.
You agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
All content, including letters, recipes, artwork, and remedies provided through Nourish & Notes, is the intellectual property of Nourish & Notes or its content creators. You may not reproduce, distribute, or transmit any content without prior written permission.
You may print or download content for personal, non-commercial use only.
Nourish & Notes is provided on an "as is" basis. We make no warranties, expressed or implied, regarding the service. We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the service.
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to the website. Your continued use of the service following the posting of revised terms means that you accept and agree to the changes.
These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom, and you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Scotland.
